Inventory Manager

From photo styling and home staging to event planning and studio preparation, Gretchen supports our designers with superior inventory management. Gretchen brings organization and an incredible design eye to our studio. Her can-do attitude springs from watching how different everyone is in their styles and how a wide variety of aesthetics can come together in beautiful design. Gretchen is inspired by the thrill of antique shopping, the power of the perfect color, and her family.

Kate O'Hara

Director of Marketing & Business Development | Hiring Manager

Kate oversees all things marketing for Martha O'Hara Interiors. From digital and social media, to events, photography, and editorials, Kate had her hand in it all. Her favorite part of her role is in getting to speak with so many of our potential clients from around the world.

At MOI Katy is in her element, joining the Marketing Team as our PR power force. If you’ve seen MOI in the news lately, chances are Katy made that happen. She loves the creativity of the interior design industry, building strong brand messaging, and managing MOI’s advertising strategy. She has a knack for writing (she was an English major, after all) and has been published in a variety of magazines.

Lauren loves people, and she is passionate about the arts. She brings enthusiasm and creativity to our marketing and rug design firm. Payroll & Benefits Coordinator

With a naturally inquisitive mind and generous personality, Jane loves solving puzzles, putting things to right, and volunteering as much as her life allows. She is a whiz at Accounts Payable and is able to morph into just about any role the finance department may ask. Jane's love of beauty and creative environments, makes working at MOI a perfect fit!

From the front desk to the back door, Laura organizes everything in her path. Armed with a keen sense of order and a great sense of humor, Laura’s superb customer service keeps the office running smoothly.  Who better to be the first face people see when they walk through our doors and the first voice people hear when they call our studio!

Shubha Harithasa

Director of Finance

With an impressive background in accounting, small business, international business and start-ups, Shubha brings a lot of essential expertise to our team. What's most impressive about Shubha is her ability to attend to all of the details and ensure we're coloring between the lines without ever losing sight of the personal side of the business. She manages our financial reporting and plays a critial role in Operations, HR, and IT. Shubha wears her many hats with grace, keeping a cool head regardless of the circumstance.

Purchasing Manager

Tanya is the gatekeeper for all orders that are placed through our studio. She ensures that our clients receive the correct customizations to their furniture, and she gets it to them as quickly as our manufacturers will let her. It's not an easy role, but Tanya handles it with grace and aplomb every single day.
