1. Holiday Staircase Decor
Your staircase is a natural focal point in your home, and you can further enhance it with some holiday greenery. Drape a lush garland along the top or bottom of the banister, weaving in twinkling lights or ribbon for added warmth.
2. Nature-Inspired Tablescapes
Fresh greenery makes a stunning centerpiece for holiday dining. Swap out a traditional tablecloth for a holiday greenery runner made of branches, then sprinkle in tall or short candles, pinecones, or clusters of berries for a festive touch.

3. Be Creative with Your Mantle
The mantel is a classic spot for holiday decor, but you can break away from tradition with creative arrangements. Instead of symmetrical garlands or a traditional wreath, let greenery cascade from one side for a dramatic, natural effect.
You can also include candles or twinkling lights into the display, and finish with personal touches such as family photos or heirloom ornaments. Or go for a more modern style with winter-themed figurines, festive bows and ribbons, or fruits. Don’t feel limited in what colors you use to accent the greenery, either. A blush pink or wintery blue is just as beautiful as red and green, and you can match your decor to existing furniture, rugs, or wall colors.
4. Frame Windows & Mirrors
Holiday greenery isn’t just for the tree and mantel. For windows and mirrors, consider a simple drape of greenery tied with ribbons and bows for color. You can also welcome guests into the great room or dining room, wherever you are hosting, by framing the doorway with lush greenery. A few sprigs of mistletoe or holly can add a romantic holiday twist.
5. Coffee Table Styling
If you don’t have a fireplace, a centrally located coffee table is another great place for holiday greenery and other decor. Mini Christmas trees, wintery figurines, or an artful arrangement of ornaments and baubles can create a festive focal point. Pair these with lush greenery, like cedar or eucalyptus garlands, and incorporate varying heights using trays, risers, or stacked books to add depth and interest.
