Kate O'Hara

CEO + Creative Director

Kate O’Hara is the CEO + creative director for Martha O’Hara Interiors where she pioneered the interior design firm’s expansion to national markets and international clientele. Her favorite part of her role is in getting to speak with so many of our potential clients from around the world. Named one of Austin’s Social Influencers and Minnesota’s Top 32 Under 32 Marketing Professionals, Kate is a sought-after speaker on topics ranging from social media, to women in business, to online branding.

Associate Manager of Marketing & PR

With a builder industry background and experience as a magazine style editor, Katy manages PR, event planning, and editorial coverage at Martha O’Hara Interiors. Since joining the team, MOI has become a go-to designer for local and national publications alike. In addition to her editorial relationships, Katy spearheads all MOI events including our popular Sip + Style series and home tours.

Digital Marketing Coordinator & Product Sales

Lauren loves people, and she is passionate about the arts. She brings enthusiasm and creativity to our marketing and rug design firm. She enjoys learning and expanding her perspective of beauty by working in an artistic environment. Lauren is inspired by the experienced teamwork and trend setting designs of her coworkers.

Director of Finance

With an impressive background in accounting, small business, international business and start-ups, Shubha brings a lot of essential expertise to our team. What's most impressive about Shubha is her ability to attend to all of the details and ensure we're coloring between the lines without ever losing sight of the personal side of the business. She manages our financial reporting and plays a critial role in Operations, HR, and IT. Shubha wears her many hats with grace, keeping a cool head regardless of the circumstance.

Front Desk & Accounts Payable

As a woman of many talents, Deb carries a dual role at MOI that fits her well. She’s one of the welcoming voices you’ll hear when you give us a call. She also lends her talents to our accounting team as our behind-the-scenes bookkeeper. When she’s not at work, Deb loves watching design and cooking programs to incorporate new perspectives into her day to day life.

With an inquisitive mind and love for making things “add up,” Emily has a detailed approach that’s perfectly suited for payfoll and accounting. Though her work life may be polished, when she’s away from the studio she’s often found spending time outdoors, traveling, and searching out new adventures with her daughter.

Office Manager

Nancy is the backbone of our studio. If it's working, she made it that way; and if it's broke, she'll fix it. From IT maintenance to building care to furniture service, Nancy is our problem-solver extraordinaire.

Purchasing Manager

Tanya is the gatekeeper for all orders that are placed through our studio. She ensures that our clients receive the correct customizations to their furniture, and she gets it to them as quickly as our manufacturers will let her. It's not an easy role, but Tanya handles it with grace and aplomb every single day.
