Behind the Design 
In collaboration with Thompson Construction, O’Hara Interiors gave new life to an older home’s kitchen, now better suited to the lifestyle of the homeowners. What once felt like two disjointed cooking and dining spaces was combined into a cohesive kitchen that invites gathering around the island.
Inspired by this quiet neighborhood’s natural beauty, the rich green cabinetry colors and high-grain wood with a darker finish mirror the forest seen outside the window. From a functional perspective, the expanded counter space and increased storage improve everyday kitchen usage.
