Behind the Design 
A traditional 1940s home along the shores of Lake Minnetonka receives an upgrade to reflect this couple’s energetic and playful personalities while maintaining design elements they already enjoy. By incorporating their love for jewel tones, bold patterns, and fine wine, we furnished the formal living and dining rooms and designed the custom kitchen, bar, and wine cellar with the help of MDS Remodeling.
Notable features within this Woodland, MN home include a custom wine cellar to display the couples’ collection of 1,000 vintage wines; a commercial-grade Maestro kitchen stove/island; and artfully mismatched furnishings of plaid, velvet, and brass design details paired with stunning handmade Fay + Belle area rugs. The result is a stunning lake home near Deephaven that they can enjoy for years to come.
