A refreshed creamy palette, new flooring, and statement lighting draw the eye upward to expansive ceilings and exposed brick, while jewel-toned velvet seating and layered textiles introduce warmth and personality.
Behind the Design 
Thoughtful furniture planning transformed the loft’s angled floorplan and open stairway into intimate, functional zones, including a tucked-away sitting area beneath the stairs and a vibrant conversation space anchored by custom rugs and bold upholstery. In the kitchen and dining areas, custom cabinetry, quartz countertops, and a diamond-pattern backsplash deliver both elevated design and the abundant storage the family previously lacked. The result is a sophisticated North Loop interior design project that captures the energy of downtown Minneapolis living while seamlessly balancing entertaining, everyday function, and contemporary eclectic style.
