Heidi’s impeccable taste and world-class design skills have built her reputation for award-winning projects that exceed her clients’ imaginings. After starting in our Minneapolis studio, she moved to Texas, where she now applies her expertise to luxury residential towers, family homes, and hip hospitality spaces. 

Maddy brings a creative and detail-oriented approach to transforming imaginative ideas into practical designs. Originally from Minnesota and now deeply connected to Austin’s vibrant culture, she excels in concept design, client collaboration, and creating tailored solutions that reflect each client’s unique style.

Tatum’s innate ability to understand client needs and build trust from the first meeting is the foundation of her approach. Her innate style and proactive approach keep even the largest-scale Dallas projects on pace, without compromising on the design details that make a space feel like home.

Based in Dallas, Texas, and serving clientele from coast to coast, Sophie’s artistic sensibility and inquisitive nature lends itself to deeply understanding her clients’ needs and personal style. Sophie’s technical prowess and commercial design training make her extraordinarily effective on construction projects.

Laura grew up in Houston, worked in Minneapolis, and now lives in Austin, where she goes above and beyond to ensure every project wraps up with personal care. Her work style is meticulous in detail and documentation, safeguarding every home’s beautiful aesthetics and every client’s smooth experience.
