Behind The Design 
This home is positioned atop a private bluff overlooking Lake Minnetonka and includes a custom cable car for beach access. The homeowners requested plenty of entertainment and storage potential to host friends and family members throughout the year.
So, we designed a kitchen with two islands, multiple bedrooms and bathrooms, a three-season porch with a wrap-around deck, and a lower level featuring a pool table & movie room. With a tucked-away lot, rustic beams, and floor-to-ceiling windows featured throughout, this home is the perfect private lakeside retreat.
