This Modern Farmhouse in Dripping Springs, TX is a serene and private retreat in the heart of Hill Country. When it’s just the two of them, this young couple needed a comfortable home but with the flexibility to easily entertain frequently visiting friends and family. It’s an ideal location allowing them to be close to local distilleries, wineries, and breweries and a central spot to end the night.
With the home’s main living space, a rather open floor plan, a base neutral color palette highlights texture, and the atmosphere of this home is a wonderful balance of formality with a hint of casual. Plush velvets, leather, rough woods, and stone feel especially luxe when paired with jewel tones in green, blue, and purple throughout the home. Custom performance upholstery is particularly appropriate for the household, which is home to two adopted dogs and cats.
