Behind The Design 
Located in the heart of quintessential Austin, this Zilker bungalow was reworked into a minimalist’s dream. Within 1,800 square feet, furnishings were intentionally curated to make the best use of space
– clean lines, natural materials, and raw textures are paired with original Donald Sultan art and custom rugs inspired by textile designer, Vera Neumann. The end result is a timeless bungalow beautifully belonging to its stylish neighborhood for years to come.
